Marukyu Koyamaen’s matcha from Uji, Kyoto is crafted using tender new tea leaves rich in natural umami. The leaves are processed without rolling, and only the softest parts are carefully ground with a traditional stone mill.
Kinrin is suitable for both koicha (thick tea) and usucha (thin tea).
